We have much experience in running and maintaining property. Mark is very practical and able to do many DIY tasks, often doing odd jobs around the house for our home owners. Jeannie is also a keen indoor and outdoor gardener.
One home owner relied on their huge vegetable garden for most of their vegetables so we planted the two patches up and maintained it for the four months until they returned.
Our Services to your House
- House security – daily activity, night time lighting, closing of curtains, someone answering your front door
- Bring in the mail, and if requested, forward it to where you are.
- Telephone answering and passing on messages
- General gardening - watering and tending to indoor and outdoor plants
- General house work and house maintenance
- Monitor the house temperature and check the pipes, especially in very cold weather
- Taking out rubbish and putting out bins
- Immediate response to emergency situations such as burst pipes
- Swimming Pool maintenance
- Turning over the engine of your cars
- Any other routine jobs you request
Some household insurance policies become void if the householder is away for more than a specified number of days continuously. Having a house sitter may enable you to remain fully covered.
